We met Tina, Jeanette's mom through Bark.Com, when she inquired about catering service for her daughters wedding. Right off the bat, we connected. Tina came looking for a BBQ menu that would appeal to the masses, and not only did they want a great BBQ menu, they needed a chef that was willing to work with the groom, with his many food alergies. 

Chef Sam did not hesitate to advise that he could and would prepare anything the groom wanted, and it would be specifically for him. Knowing the importance of avoiding certain foods, and the medical importance of these particular seasonings, and or types of food being on his plate was equally important to chef.

Jeanette and her fiance Phil were able to take advantage of our taste testing option, which assured them that the items they had chosen on the menu would be a great selection for there guest. 

The wedding took place in the mountains. Their menu consisted of, Tri Tip, Chicken, Vegetable Kabob's for there vegetarian guest, Macaroni and Cheese, BBQ Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Green Salad. They also had us make Appetizers for there guest as well. 

Because of there Filipino background, Tina wanted there to be a pig carved at the wedding. Chef Sam helped to facilitate the cutting of the pig. 

Over all it was an awesome experience, and one he would definitly do again.
