Cancellation Policy for Parties Under 100 Guest

 

Please make sure to read and understand our cancellation policy. 

For orders placed and confirmed one week or more prior to the event a deposit of 50% will be charged at time of confirmation.

Full payment will be charged 72 hours prior to event. 

Orders cancelled within 1 week of confirmation: full deposit refunded.

Orders cancelled 3 weeks of  prior to event 25% deposit refunded

Orders cancelled within 1-2 weeks prior to event 0% of deposit refunded.

Orders cancelled day of -1 day notice: 0% of event refunded.

 

 

 

Wedding and Large Party Cancellation Policy

WEDDING AND LARGE PARTY CATERING POLICY

Due to the size of the event, and the ordering of food as well as any additonal service, such as chaffing dishes, servers etc, the following policy will be adhered to for any wedding or large party consisting of 100 or more guest. 

Cancellation policy for weddings and large parties of 100 or more. 
50% Deposit required at time of confirmation

Cancellaton of any event incure a 50% cancellaton fee if cancelled within 1 month of the event. 

Cancellation of any event will incure 100% fee if cancelled 1-2 weeks prior to event. 

All Weddings and Large Parties of 100 or more require final payment one week prior to event.
